It may be lost, reset or migrated without notice, and the service may be discontinued. No liability is accepted for any loss arising from using it, from something going wrong, or from it being shut down. Keep an independent copy of anything that matters: every plan can export everything.

Your first 50 invoices are free
Lifetime, not per month, and importing your old ones doesn't touch them. After that it's $19 a month for the first person and $5 for each one after — with invoices, quotes, orders, stock, attachments and the API all unlimited. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT.
Orders that actually track fulfilment
Ship any subset of an order with carrier and per-box tracking numbers. The order derives its shipped state on its own, prints packing lists, and invoices the whole order or a single shipment — and every edit lands in the order's history with the team member's name on it.
The whole relationship on one page
Contacts, addresses, terms, attachments, and a money rollup — ordered, invoiced, paid, outstanding — beside a live activity feed of everything your team changed for that client.
Your data is yours — including on the way out
Plenty of tools make it easy to put your business in and quietly hard to get it back. OrderDen has a Full download button in settings: one click, one zip, every client, quote, order, invoice, payment, setting and uploaded file — spreadsheets for the lists, JSON for the complete records, your files exactly as you uploaded them.
No support ticket, no export fee, no “contact sales”. Import a spreadsheet on day one, take everything with you any day after. We would rather earn your business every month than hold it.
