OrderDen is pre-release software. There is no paid plan yet, no support model, and no guarantee your data will be preserved. Read this before you put your business in it or tell us what broke.

Two plans. One thing on the bill.

Your first 50 invoices are free — lifetime, not per month. After that it's $19 a month for the first person and $5 for each one after, and everything else is unlimited: invoices, quotes, orders, stock, attachments and the API.

Start with OrderDen

Refund any charge in full yourself within 14 days — monthly or yearly. No pro-rata after that.

Prices in USD and exclude sales tax and VAT, which are added at checkout where they apply. Billing recurs from the day you subscribe, not the 1st of the month. Every workspace starts on Free — no card, no trial clock.

What we mean by unlimited

Three asterisks, all of them here rather than in the small print.

Seats

A seat is a person who can log in, plus any invitation you've sent that hasn't been accepted yet. Every role uses one — owner, admin, member, viewer and accountant alike. Free is one person; OrderDen has no limit.

Storage

Attachments are unlimited, with files capped at 10 MB each. Fair use is 200 GB per workspace, and past it we get in touch rather than cutting anything off. We will not quietly enforce a number you never saw.

API

The REST API covers everything the app does, on both plans, with no monthly quota. It is rate-limited by the minute — 60 per key on Free, 300 on OrderDen — to catch a runaway script.

Questions, answered

What does "50 invoices, lifetime" mean?
Fifty is the total number of invoices a free workspace ever raises, not fifty a month. There is no reset and nothing to top up. Quotes, orders, credit notes, purchases, clients, items, stock, projects and time are unlimited on Free too — the invoice is the only thing counted.
I'm moving in with two years of history. Does that eat the 50?
No. Invoices you import as opening balances are history, not selling you did here, so they never count. Bring your whole debtors ledger in on day one, on Free, and you still have all fifty.
How does the seat price work?
$19 a month for the first person, $5 a month for each one after — so three people is $29 and ten is $64. A pending invitation holds a seat from the moment you send it. Every role uses a seat, your bookkeeper included.
What happens if I add someone half-way through the month?
You pay for the part of the period they're there for. Stripe works out the difference and puts it on your next invoice as a prorated line rather than charging the card on the spot; someone removed part-way through turns into a credit on that same invoice.
What's unlimited, exactly?
Invoices, quotes, orders, credit notes, purchases, expenses, clients, contacts, items, stock, locations, projects, time entries, shipments, attachments and API calls. Nothing on the paid plan is counted except the people.
Is storage really unlimited?
Yes, with one asterisk we'll never spring on you: individual files are capped at 10 MB, and fair use is 200 GB per workspace. Past that we get in touch — nothing is blocked, nothing is deleted, and you'd have to be doing something very unusual to get there.
Is the API included?
Yes, in both plans, with no monthly request quota. The one limit is a per-minute rate — 60 a minute per key on Free and 300 on OrderDen — which exists to catch a runaway script, not to be bought back.
How does yearly billing work?
Ten months for twelve, about 17% off, on every seat: $190 a year for the first person and $50 for each one after. Switch either way from Account & Billing; Stripe prorates the difference. Billing recurs from the day you subscribed — nothing lands on the 1st.
Do the prices include sales tax or VAT?
No — they exclude it. Checkout works out whether tax applies from the billing address you enter and adds it to the total before you pay, and it appears the same way on every renewal. If you're buying for a business in a country with VAT, GST or an ABN, there's a box for your number: enter it and the invoice is issued under the reverse charge with no tax added.
How do I cancel?
Account & Billing opens the Stripe portal. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you've paid for and then moves the workspace to Free. Nothing is deleted, ever — the invoices you've already raised stay readable, printable and editable, and you'd only notice the change when you go to raise a fifty-first.
